Rude staff, nightmare parking. No plug sockets in the rooms. Kitchen oven doesnt work. Bathroom is filthy you gotta be on tippy toes. Housekeeping service is horrible

Connie's Comfort Suites are perhaps the best hotel in Saint John's. Staff is friendly. Location is not too close to centre of city, but only 15 minutes walking. There are many shops in the neughbourhood, but not too many good restaurants (KFC very close by, but some more fast food restaurants like Mishoo and Jaargie; s). There is noisy traffic in front of the hotel, but in the bed room there is silence at night, so I could sleep well.
Three things: a) There is no bed lamp, so you have to go out of bed at night if you want to know the time. b) The fridge (room no. 5) is extremely, eardeafening noisy; you even hear the thing when the bed room door is closed. c) Making prints costs money (1 ECD per page); this service is free in most of the hotels.

An ample sized room with good facilities. Reasonably well located, within walking distance of central St John's. Staff were very friendly, allowing us to store our cases on our final day prior to our flight and then organising a taxi to the airport for us.
Quite noisy, with a lot of rooms on top of one another. The bed was also extremely soft, making it an uncomfortable sleep.

We only stayed for a night but the room was perfect for what we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly even when I had to request another bed.
Location. Although, its only a 5 mins taxi to the beach.

Property was clean , the room we stayed in was clean as well . The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly . The location was ideal for me as it was close to everything I needed. The price was reasonable if your not looking to break the bank on a few nights stay

It was conveniently placed near food. I looks nice from outside. Looks clean.
The walls were super thin, I could hear my next door neighbors entire conversation. The neighbors off the property were loud at night And at 6am they so kindly woke me up wit music blasting in a car outside then left at 8am . It doesnt look anything like th pictures.
