Ivana and staff were very helpful and polite. My room was clean and light. Breakfast was my favourite as there was lots of lovely yoghurt and tasty bread. I would have liked decaffeinated tea and coffee though. The restaurant was peaceful and clean. I didn't mind being alone there.
I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in my room.

We asked for a barrier free room because our family member is on a wheelchair and we got the perfect room easy accessible without any obstacles. We asked for a boiling water for our baby and immediately got it. Thank you!
