Very Good
The city is beautiful. Hotel gives you a free pass to visit nearby pool and mountains.
Rooms are rather small and kitchen is cramped at the entrance.

The location of the property is in a peaceful surroundings in a very nice little village. There is a restaurant in the property that offers authentic local cuisine. The owners run everything in the property and are very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms offer spectacular views on the surrounding mountains.

the kitchen didnt have much equipment in it - no tin opener, toaster, cutting knife, cutting board. we couldnt get the hob to

a tiny window, no balcony. be prepared to walk up to 3rd floor (elevator not working for 2days). bring your own dishwashing detergent and sponge and all basics (salt, etc)

One of the staff members (Kristy) was helpful
The pictures on booking.com do not match the actual pictures; On asking we were told that the pictures on booking.com are only for representation. The room we selected online did not match the actual one (dark and very basic- looked like a hostel room in actuality) and thus we requested for a change but only a smaller category room was available which we took as it at least it had some light. We were not compensated for the difference in room tariffs. The hotel also has some hidden charges like 'cleaning charges' of +50 Euros which they did not inform us on check in but told us while checking out. So basically we paid Euro 50 extra for 2 days of stay and the room was definitely not clean when we checked in- there was sand on the bed etc. All in all- quite passable.

Spacious room, clean and tidy, nice view from balcony.
I did not get the room I booked and I got charged 60% extra than expected. Facilities in the apartment were old.
