It's an OK location, close to the main station, granted there is nothing here but you're close to the Sbahn and the Underground. The room wasn't the cleanest but it is barebones.
The place wasn't clean and it is very limited. The TV was missing off the wall.

We booked here as an overnight stay between trains, so very good location if you wanna go to the station

Location was great near the Vienna Central station, shops, restaurants and tourist busses. You can either take the train or bus to the airport from here.
Noisy, door slamming by having hallway doors without soft closing mechanisms. Loud people hanging out the front of the hotel. It was impossible to sleep.

The staff was very helpful
Our arrival was late, at midnight and the room was not fully prepared. Only two out of 4 beds had sheets, covers and pillowcases put on them. The cot we requested twice was not in the room and when it was brought it was apparent that this room was not fit for a cot.

Nothing much, maybe the cost of the room.
Dirty and dusty stuff. Very small and congested room for 4 people, barely space to walk or put stuff or get ready in the morning. Very crowded in the lounge and only one staff member present at reception.

Disappointing
We had booked (in advance) two beds in a room for three consecutive nights. On the last night, when we arrived back at the hostel, our room was completely full. We had to move to a different room twice, since the second one only had one bed available. Finally, we were placed in a private room, presumably because all other rooms were fully booked. The next morning, the staff wanted us to pay for an upgrade, although we had never requested a private room ourselves, and did not choose to be displaced.
