Very Good
The room was very spacious and clean. I also got a cookie while checking-in which was a win-win.
In my previous hotel experiences, the staff at the front-desk has always been resourceful. However, at Doubletree, the staff didn't have an adapter on hand, they wanted me to buy it from the shop instead.

Room was big and comfortable hotel was nice
Check in were waiting more than 15 min the receptionist was on the phone no one else to help
When you need information and city map and how to go around they city weren't very helpful
She was talking as we are resident not tourist
First language and name of places strange for us
I travel all time never saw like that every one was helpful and explain in details how to get where you want
Hotel location was far from any other attraction except the shabarun palace.
Other think restaurant server they didn't know what thy doing seems lost
No resturant or grocery close by all close early so one day we were starving even no room service cs they had a big group to serve so they close 930.

Easy to access public transport
It was very noisy above my room, so bad it shook the whole room at night. Reported it 2 days in a row as it was constantly happening but no result. 3rd night was quiet. Wiring in room was not working properly as we could only use 1 button to turn off lights and then no lights in bathroom worked. Not a great choice of breakfast and lastly, I the bar, only a young blond man and an Asian man were doing all the prep and clean up while another man was just walking around talking constantly on his mobile phone.

Parking is too expensive 25 for one day is expensive + room 110 without breakfast.
