The facilities are nice
At the check out we left our lagedge in the reception room not being informed by thestuff that on Sunday between 12:00 and 17:00 there will be no one at the reception desk. We came back to the hotel arround 14:00, hopping to be able to take our belongings and head to the airport. Unfortunately there were no one at the desk so we were stuck, along with a lot more guests waiting to get help. Only at 16:45 came the receptionist and gave us access to our lagedge. We barely made to our flight. If your employee would have told us about the Sunday working hours the discomfort and stress could be avoided. I'm very unsatisfied!!!!

The breakfast isn’t “rich” as they call it, and it said that there are sausages for breakfast and there were none. And you need to check something if you want a parking in the garage and on booking it says that there is private parking already in the price.

Very convenient location if you are going to a concert! Literally is next to the Arena! Train, tram, bus, and subway stations are nearby.
On our second day, unexpectedly electricity went off in our room,we thought it was a power outage, but it wasn't as hall and elevators were working, Reception staff was truly helpful, they immediately offer us another room as they were understaffed in order to check what was going on with the power outage in our room.

New and clean facilities. No noises were heard. Location is perfect if you are attending to an event at the Wiener Stadthalle (which is literally in front of the hotel), but also well communicated with the subway, tram and bus stations.
There are some hours that reception desk doesn’t work (specially on weekends or holiday days) and you find out this once you arrive at the hotel. Although you can do self check in using the machines located at the entrance so get your code to access the room at 3pm, they don’t let you know this information in advance (or even at the time you do the self check in) so it was chaotic and stressful to figure out all this information. It would be really helpful that customers know this info and schedule and how to process in advance.

It's clean and simple, and has what you need to get ready,
It's a good hotel but not clear on instructions
I had to check in late with no staff, they didn't give me the access code for a smoother check in which i learned that i need a code at arrival, the terminal device didn't work at the entrance so i had to contact the emergency number until they helped which took a while,
There are no snacks, coffee, and water they just give a small empty cup and if it was my first time in Vienna i wouldn't know that i can drink tab water,
The water pressure in the shower is low

The location is fantastic. Right next to the concert venue (we could see the lines from our room window) the parking is great and reasonably priced, there are restaurants and a huge shopping mall within 1 minute walk.

Perfect place to stay if you're attending a concert nearby — the location couldn't be better. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds are ok, bathroom was ok.
There is no staff that can take care of you at all. We made the check-in by ourselves but I came by car there and our another friend arrived earlier. They made her pay the parking fee which is 18 EUR. I never even seen this before. Non sense. They didn't even ask for anything about the car or something else. I am the car owner but they asked for the money from someone. Besides that, we got stuck in the garage on Sunday after our check out because there was no one in the reception. We had to call the police to help us. The cleaning ladies tried to help but for we were there for like 40 mins trying to get out. The vending machine downstairs is not working without coins, not even cash or a credit card. This is stupid. This hotel is just running itself somehow.

The hotel was clean and the room was large, the staff were very helpful and the check in process was really easy. The secure code system for the doors was brilliant and the hotel had a nice lounge area with plenty of plugs for laptop access along with free internet. The hotel is directly opposite the stadium but the windows were sound proof and we couldn’t hear anything. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the Museum quartier and Vienna is a walkable city.
The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows weren’t the best but it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.
