Great location for touring around Vienna, the staff were very friendly, the room was nice, large and clean.
Beautiful breakfast hall, with very nice food.
Wish there were more gluten free options in the breakfast, the staff tried their best but they only really have gluten free bread.

Breakfast was excellent, the room superb and the staff, without exception, were charming and very helpful. The location of the hotel was great for all the city sights.
Only one fault (and it was a minor one), my wife called back into the hotel to use the washroom one afternoon and found the public facilities had not been cleaned (or possibly a guest had been very messy!)

Warm friendly atmosphere and good welcome . Very elegant and comfy rooms. Excellent ensuite. Super breakfast. Polite and professional staff. One problem: the bar is not always able to deliver its promise of bar food at all times as there are not enough staff on duty for this. It needs to be less ambitious with its bar food.

The couch used as a bed was quite uncomfortable to actually sleep on. For a single night you could certainly do worse but if you are staying for more than a single night I would very strongly advise to not plan on sleeping on the fold out couch.

Kaiserhof Wien is simply fantastic! It's a hidden gem among Vienna hotels, located on a quiet street but within 20ish min walk to concerts and museums. The front desk and cleaning staff are the friendliest and most helpful! The room is super clean, and the beds are comfortable. I am definitely going to come back to Vienna and stay at Kaiserhof.
A slightly better variety for the breakfast fruit and veggies. The pastries, breads, and coffee are delicious.

We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade, unsought, which meant we had a suite. It was really beautiful and comfortable, and although we overlooked an urban street, it was quiet! But Vienna is an incredibly calm city despite its population. The room had everything needed for comfort shower spacious, a massive bath was also in the bedroom (which could be sealed off by double panelled glass doors), and the tvs were good sizes.
Nothing. Everything from the fine breakfast, to the friendly staff, was terrific. We used both German and English to communicate

The only, really not important thing was that we had to wait quit long for the coffe at the breakfast, but this was probably because they were s little understaffed having so many guests.
