All the staff we met were helpful and friendly The room was very comfortable and clean Love the fact the hotel makes efforts to be eco friendly. Breakfast was first class. Lots of choices. The location of the hotel is very good for visiting attractions like the Prater. Overall a very nice experience

Location was fine. Cleanliness of the room.
Sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on a rock. They put two separate beds together with one mattress and two medium-sized blankets. The breakfast was a disaster. I stayed in 5 nights but I skipped three breakfasts.

The staff is amazing. Very responsive and helpful! The room was big. The location is great. The breakfast was satisfying.
There where no option to lock the bathroom. Another thing I don't get, is the weird trend of transparent doors to bathroom/toilet.

Very clean comfy room. Good location close to underground, which takes 5 minutes to get to city centre. Breakfast was incredible, something for everyone. The door to the corridor from the bedroom is sound proof and we didn't hear any interior noise at all such as people walking past our door to get to their own room. Room has a safe and a fridge. Toiletries are provided. The shower is really nice! Plugs next to beds.
We were 'upgraded' to a garden view room, but as we were on the sixth floor, it mostly looked at a concrete wall and if you craned your neck right down you could see the garden in the distance! The street view would have been nicer.. i felt a bit conned! On a morning at 7am there was noise traveling up to our room from the garden and kitchens although admittedly we sleep with the window open. We opted to only have our room cleaned every other day and received 5 credit per day we did this, however our cups were not replaced and we had to ask reception twice for black tea bags as we just had an assortment of herbal. The beds are really comfortable but we had two single duvets as opposed to one large one. They were lovely and soft etc but it's harder to snuggle up with each other!

Bar was limited and uninviting Hotel had said they had booked us a taxi from the airport to the hotel but taxi firm knew nothing about it when we landed.

Wonderful
Most effective and nice staff ever - very attentive and willing to help on anything you need. Special thanks to Dana, Petya, Theo! The breakfast had a great assortment and was very tasty, the facilities were nice and functional (terrace and bar), rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great shower and amenities. The mattress and pillows were a bit soft for my taste, but still really nice. The location for me was perfect because I wanted to be close to the Prater Park.
Honestly I liked everything. The only heads up is that the walking time to Innere Stadt is about 25 min, which for me was perfect - and you also have options of subway.
