Beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, high quality bathroom fittings. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold food including a selection of spreads and breads, vegetarians are catered for.
As a non-smoker (never) I found the omnipresent odour of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel very unpleasant. This was despite the hotel’s instructions to smokers to smoke outside. The smell of smoke was even in my bedroom.
About 10 steps to the reception area but staff were helpful getting my suitcases up those steps.
A gym or other exercise room would be nice.

Breakfast was great ...
Room was great but we could not find a place for our luggages. no seat for luggages, as a family we travel with large luggages and could not find a place to open them. It was hard to close them everytime after using and putting them somewhere out of the way.

The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly, the location was very convenient and the breakfast was exceptional.
The sofa bed in the quadruple room could have been more comfortable.

The location is perfect for the huge fun park at Prater and especially for access to public transport by train to the airport, underground stations and trams. The staff were excellent! The bar is small ans was quiet when I was there and has a small selection of food although there are many restaurants in the area to choose from.
I would have liked a double duvet on the (comfortable) double bed but this is only a tiny complaint. The bed was very comfortable and it was one full bed, not two singles pushed together, just single duvets.
