Disappointing
Location
We booked a room which consider enough for family with two kids not adults, as we reach they said not allowed and they forced us for bigger apartment. The apartment was same as our first selection only they have extra bed which we do not need as they mentioned the sofa can be bed and in the room it was only sofa. I believe nothing is clear to you.

Amazing spacious and beautiful room. Extremely helpful and lovely staff. Free coffee and water (and two free beers in the room)! Location is also fantastic, near to the museums, opera and Musikverein. The underground and trams are 1 minute walk away.

Location of the hotel is perfect. It takes 2 minutes to reach Opera, 5-10 minutes slow walk to reach Stephansdom, Hofburg palace, museums.
The only thing I could complain would be a slightly stale smell in the room.

The staff was great, so kind and helpful. The location excellent , and the free coffee and water is a great treat. The room was large and clean, we enjoyed it very much!
