The breakfast was outstanding. There were plenty of good choices for anyone with a healthy appetite. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The location was next to a theme park with several rides and places to eat. A good grocery store as well as public transit were only a short walk from the hotel. The location is in a section of town that is beautiful during the fall season. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Free bottle water was not provided in the rooms. That was to only notable shortcoming in my view.

The room was great and very clean. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the proximity to the train station was a plus?. We definitely will stay again next time?
We just wish that breakfast could have been earlier as the next day we couldn't avail as we had to leave before 6:00 am.

Modern hotel near the Platter. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Parking facilities are also available in the hotel area. The breakfast was balanced and satisfactory!

Location was ok, close to metro station, hence easy getting to places.
It was quiet and small.
Breakfast was the same everyday, hence on day 4 it got really boring.
Room service is only provided upon request, which is quite annoying. Staff didn’t feel very genuine.

I like that the room looks exactly like in pictures.
The hotel is right next to the entrance in Prater park which is great if you look forward to enjoy this amusement park and its attractions as i did.
I like that the hotel staff were friendly and ready to help me out with anything i needed.
They offer a great breakfast, lot of different foods , for any type of people, from vegan to lactose intolerance ones.
I stayed 4 nights and they explained to me that cleaning in my room will be made when i ask for it. They were prompt when i asked for new towels.
I recommend it!
It can be bad that you have to pay 24€ for parking, but we didn’t come with car so it wasn’t an inconvenience for us.
It can be noisy in the evenings, but it didn’t bother me, the noise wasn’t that big to annoy me.
