Breakfast was excellent, but I guess it can get really crowded when the hotel is full. Location is absolutely perfect if prefer to use public transportation. Also Vienna 1st district with all of its marvels is within a walking distance. Rooms were quite standard, but clean and in a good shape. I also liked the beds a lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Two restaurant within the premises were both quite OK.
I found the whole lobby area being noisy and not very welcoming. At least during the Eastern time there was a very minimum staff, which meant long queues when checking in and when retrieving our luggage. We did not get the room we had reserved and were offered a lower grade room instead. That was not a huge issue to us as we did not spend that much time at the hotel and we were given an access to the executive lounge as a compensation. Having access to the lounge area was nice, but i would not pay for it as the services were very limited at least during our stay.

Wonderful
Room was spacious, with a large confortable bed. The lobby is superb. We had a nice drink one evening enjoying a DJ. The hotel is walking distance from all attractions which is a great thing. There is also an underground parking which you can use in case you come by car. However the parking comes with a cost.
Some stuffs were missing from the room (eg. Vanity kit, room shoes, cofee machiene), however provided on request.

Great location 7 minutes walk to the center, resturants nearby, a vrey good room on all issues, we had view to the city. We did have a piece of hair on a pellow though... hence the bad grade for cleaning.

The breakfast was good . The city park just opposite the hotel was beautiful in Spring Time . The noise and crowd to the right to the hotel due to shops and eateries spoiled the otherwise good location of the hotel . The staff was pleasant and helpful. On the first morning the (lady) staff at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant, asked us to eat on the other side of the hotel because the restaurant was too full … but that was not true. There were plenty of tables available in that area. The Live kitchen and food assortment was only in the main restaurant. That is the ONLY thing that I did not like . Otherwise, everything else was good .
