Breakfast was very good. The location was also good, a roughly 5 to 7 minute walk to St. Stephen's and the City Center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
First off, let me state that this is not at all unusual for European hotels and is likely not a problem for many guests, but the rooms were much too warm at night. We turned the radiator heaters off completely off for the duration of our stay, but the only way to really cool the room down was to open the windows. The problem with that was there was a LOT of street noise, especially as the city began to wake up at about 4:00am.

The whole stay was lovely. Fantastic location. Close to the city centre and all the attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we will definetely stay there again when back in Vienna !

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Vienna, right next to the Schwedenplatz metro, tram, and bus stops. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is superb, within a 2-minute walk to the tram and underground train station. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The room was very small, tight for two people with suitcases. Traffic noise could be heard through the windows at night.

Superb location. Parking is a bit of a hassle as you need to get help from the reception first. Mandatory valet parking. Helpful front desk staff like Angelica and a bubbly lady at the small breakfast area.

The room was not huge; it would have been nice to have a way of making oneself tea. Teh first, were I was, is not the quietest floor as on same level as breakfast lounge.
