It was central located.
The room was small, walls were thin but the bed was comfy. I just it for a one night sleep and didn’t use any other facilities. But I thought the price to be very expensive for what you get.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel City Central and would happily recommend it. The location is simply perfect. It is about a 10-minute walk to Stephansplatz, and only 3 minutes to the метро. At the same time, the hotel is very quiet, especially if your room faces the inner courtyard. I specifically asked for such a room and was very happy with it. The hotel itself and the lobby are beautiful and have a very pleasant atmosphere. My room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the combination of modern new windows and plumbing with authentic, heavy vintage furniture. It creates a special charm. There was also a kettle in the room, with tea and coffee that were regularly replenished. I would like to especially mention the staff. They are very friendly, always smiling, ready to explain everything and help. They kindly accommodated me and gave me my room much earlier than the official check-in time, which I truly appreciated. The bed linen and towels were changed every day. Everything was always perfectly clean and fresh. I stayed in winter, and the room was warm and comfortable, with well-functioning heating. The breakfasts were excellent. Fresh pastries, a nice selection of cheeses and cold cuts, sausages, and eggs. The menu changed slightly, and every morning started very pleasantly. The hotel left me with the warmest impressions. If I come back to Vienna, I will not even look for another place.

Staff were super friendly and justified our decision to stay in a place with a 24/7 reception given our late night arrival, great location.

My room had a bath!! It was lovely and the cleanest place I've stayed. On top of that the staff always greeted me with a smile and always asked if there was anything I needed.
