everything corresponds to the description on the website
1.payment in cash at the hotel's desk for the restaurant was not carried according to the local hotel's system and I had to show the receipt that the payment was made, if the receipt had not been saved, I would have had to pay again, but the leady in reception desk was trusting and everything ended well, but the sediment remained
2.the general air conditioning system is not controlled from the room, it is not possible to change the air flow or turn it off

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of Vienna with great rooms for business stay for 2-3 days. And next to the hotel is great wine-bar - Winzerkoning.
The pipes need cleaning. The mold smell is unpleasant in the bathroom. Otherwise great place.

In a 4 star I'd like to see a simple capsule coffee machine instead of sticks with instance shitty coffee, and I there wasn't hair conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom, which is also a standard these days.

Excellent location. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi was excellent. And the bed was super comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. Breakfast is great. New bathroom was well appointed.
Our room was smaller than expected but the bathroom was new with a walk-in shower.

Friendly and helpful staff - housekeeping superb - comfortable room
We had a meal in the restaurant attached to the hotel that we didn't enjoy. The weiner schnitzel was dry and without a sauce/dip. Most of he boiled beef was too tough to eat, so the dish was left less than half eaten. My wife was offered a coffee to compensate?
