Large rooms with high ceilings so felt very spacious. Sockets by the bed. Free safe. Good toiletries, big shower and decent shower power. Mini bar/fridge and daily cleaning service. Access to the spa within the hotel too.
Couldn’t control the temperature. The pillows were WAY too soft.

Good location, not on the main street so its peaceful. Staff very nice. Our room was cozy, good bed. Close to metro lines but also easy walk to Prater or Stephansplatz.

The staff was the best thing of this hotel. Place is well kept, comfortable and new. It's just a few minutes walk from the city center so it's good place to be if you want to be near but not in the whole city center mood. Great breakfast!
There's not a lot of thing within super quick walking distance but if you walk a bit more you're practically in the city center.

cleanliness and breakfast.
Extremely arrogant reception staff, apart from "check in and check out" (and that was like they were doing you a favor), absolutely no support, and there were 3 people on each shift. Lack of a smoking area, you have to stand on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel, there is a bar with ok drinks, but the food is like fast food at the train station. The lobby is extremely small, you step on each other's feet all the time and you were like outside because of the permanently open doors.

Location is on point, breakfast buffet is a feast, and the rooms? Simply flawless!
The staff's tone was less than satisfactory when addressing a breakfast mix-up. I recommend double-checking your bookings. I had made a reservation for two through booking.com, but the hotel only received one booking.
