Have previously been to this hotel before and it is exceptionally clean, comfortable, fantastic choice at buffet breakfast , polite staff, brilliant location, lovely rooms with every little detail thought of. Complimentary toiletries , fridge stocked with variety of drinks/snack, kettle with assorted teas, coffee. Complimentary slippers a nice touch. An excellent hotel!

Friendly staff. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Lift access from street level to room. Shower pressure and water temperature were good. Good I could open window. Didn't notice street noise. Good that air con could be turned off if one wished.
Unexpected single step and half step on floor where room was, on way to lift. Tripped and just avoided a fall. Attic type ceiling with crooked walls next to bed meant I had to duck when getting in and out of bed (I'm almost 180cm). Deep recessed power points was difficult for my adaptor to stay in place, had to use bedside table to support adaptor otherwise would fall- no bedside usb charging ports.

Very friendly and attentive staff.
The room was cleaned thoroughly every day.Comfortable, good-quality beds.
The location is excellent — close to the railway station and the city center.
There is no private parking, even though it’s listed as available.
There is parking nearby in a neighboring building, which you can access for €30 per night.
Breakfast could be better.

The breakfast was nice with a healthy selection of food, which I appreciated.
The location is great -- right next to TU Wien, and also has great connections to public transport.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The rooms are quite tight due to a lot of furniture, and the one I stayed in didn't have a lot of light. However, this is expected given the central location of the hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and nice, they also did not mind my late arrival and early departure. When I checked-in both the staff kindly explained all the information I might need about my stay (where and how much is breakfast, mini-bar prices, etc). The room was cozy and clean. The hotel itself was within a walking distance from both Vienna Hauptbahnhof and various sightseeing places. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Good central location - reasonably sized room with good facilities - also reasonable price for the location - breakfast was quite good and there was a nice spread although more on that in the section below - Most staff were polite and friendly and spoke many languages
The curtains didn’t close properly so was woken up by light coming through them in the morning- Was difficult to lock the shower head in place and it kept turning a bit - on the second day they didn’t replenish the breakfast buffet when they ran out of scrambled eggs, bacon and bread despite them running out 45 minutes before 10:30 which was the breakfast cut off time - I actually saw a waitress taking some fried eggs and bacon upstairs and asked her if they are going to bring some more bacon for the buffet and she said that they had ran out of bacon, whilst carrying the plate full of bacon upstairs to someone who probably worked there in the hotel !! That seemed a bit strange and impolite to me

The spacious room, friendly staff, reception open 24/7, Strauss at breakfast and the nice birthday surprise left in my room :) For a music lover, it was the perfect hotel to stay in.
