Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good variety and staff were always friendly. The location is great and a short walk to the metro, tram and city centre. There is a supermarket on the same street 2 mins away for anything needed. Reception staff was always friendly and polite.
For some reason at night the room would become really hot even though the AC was off.

I would say the location is the best thing, the staff are lovely and the place is clean overall
Well as a starter, when I arrived no one was there to open the door and help with the luggage, I took my own luggage to my room In my room, the toilet seat was dripping most of the time, the staff were lovely and helpful but the problem kept going No slippers and so on in the room
