In a perfect location for getting everywhere in Vienna. Many sights were walkable, and for those further out, the subway is very close. Public transportation is amazing and clean in Vienna. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. They even left a gift from St. Nicholas on our door on December 5th. What a wonderful touch.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the bustling Hofburg. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above and beyond. Amazing selection of fresh foods.
The room was very warm. I couldn't cool it off using the thermostat. I'm not sure if there was A/C or not. But the second night we realized we could open the window and were able to sleep soundly in a cool room.

The breakfast was great. The staff at the breakfast nook were very nice and assisted as needed. The room was big for Europe. Lots of space for our items. Even a closet. The staff really was great.

Walkable to all of old town. Bathroom nicely remodeled, room nice too.
Street outside noisy until about 1am. Only 2 towels - one medium and one more hand towel both thin, cheap. Only stayed one night or would have asked for more. No regular bottles of water in room, didn’t even see one in minibar.

The location was wonderful as it was around the corner from St.Stephens Basilica with lots of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The room spacious, the bed comfortable, the room temperature good. A restaurant for the wonderful buffet and dinner. Rooftop bar nice bit steps to climb once off the elevator so keep that in mind,
Nothing. Would be very nice if there was an area albeit event small in the 1st floor restaurant available for guests to enjoy just a drink and not have to take it to the lobby.
