Very Poor
The elder lady from housekeeping
The size of the room
Cleanliness in the room
Careless staff members except for the lady from housekeeping
Really bad management.
I’ve requested an iron for 3 days in a row with different staff members
Also a plug next to a mirror would be useful.
As a hotel you should think about how to make things easier for your guests.
Another thing is that you should mention to your guest that the whole hotel is under refurbishment/ construction/ repairing.
Or at least close one wing completely while you are doing the repairs and then start on another one. The whole hotel was left with holes in the ceiling
I also showed my frustration and mention that we don’t have what clothes to wear and that I cannot go out without having my clothes ironed. This ruined my whole experience as a tourist. The only person who really tried her best was an elder lady from housekeeping that was cleaning the room.
3 days no iron. Really bad management, the situation was so awkward that on departure I haven’t been asked how was my staying (that’s because she probably assumed the answer)
I work as manager in a luxury hotel which is in top 10 Forbes hotels in London. I know what I booked and what I paid for, but I know that much! If a guest insisted on an iron which is mentioned on the website that you do have this facilities, go and buy one! Which is around 30€ maximum, that it remains for the hotel to be used, not something that I take back with me.
Is just shocking how they couldn’t provide a simple facility as a hotel.
I have asked the lady from reception over the phone what can we do, and her answer was “Unfortunately, cannot offer any compensation” who asked anything about a compensation? This made me feel so awkward and ruined even more my experience. While I was trying to work along them and find a solution, the staff member was just trying to hang up on me and claiming that I am after something else.
I think at least 5 staff members were aware of my situation, but still to manager came up with a solution or to apologise.

There. was no breakfast.
We misded a 2nd reading lamps near the beds, we had. only one for 2 people! The light was dim in the room. The room is undecirated, the walks need tthe repainting.
There were only a single towel perr person.
There was a terrible noise in or corridir in the afternoon: construction works are going on while there are guests staying in the hotel!.
It was hard to find the place, because the former hotel does not exist anymore: its name is actually "Hotel Florum", and it has a new owner /management. It is much worse than the old Hotel Tabor.
" Hotel FLORUMC
We hated our room and the noice in the building.
The staff was nice, but we don't want to stay in such a deprimating place anymore.
There were constructing wirks in the building: wkth terribke noise and pieces of cables on the floir if the corridor.
The name if the hotel is actually Florum, and not Tabir anymore. It was hard to find it...

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the city centre. It was about a 15 min walk into the city centre and we knew we weren't going to be spending much time here so weren't overly worried about the state of it. The room itself was decently sized.
The room itself was very basic with extremely basic ammenities. We received one very thin towel each as well as one very soft pillow. There was also no bath plug and even though we phoned reception and asked for one which we were told would arrive the following morning (as apparently only the cleaners had access to them) it never came. There was also no bath mat so the bathroom floor ended up being very slippery and soaked with water. It was a very basic and run down room so don't expect anything more than a place to sleep.
