Imperial style with lots of gold, spacious room
My kid locked us out of the room, it took 3 phone calls and 20 minutes for someone to unlock the room, people were quite cold, not very helpful ( lounge staff was good)

Breakfast as service at the Vienna Cafe, all perfect there. Only really positive thing is location of the hotel, but surely does not deserve 5 star rating.
Warn out rooms, dirty bathroom, phone in room not working (took 2 days and big scandal with manager to get it done), TV was not working etc. There are better places probably where to stay in Vienna.

At checkout the personnel was helpful, friendly and professional. Location is very good.
The rooms require a renovation. In the past hotel seemed to be good, but definitely best times have passed. Pillows are not comfortable. For king bed was available not single double bed blanket, but two single-bed separate ones. Rooms isolation not so good. Air conditioning fan was very loud. Wall paper dirty and wood elements with cracks.
