The room was big, confortable and clean. Cleaned by room service everyday.
Contactless check in was very easy and convenient for us. The assistant was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed.
The location was good, near Mariahilferstrasse and very close to a U-Bahn station.
The hotel has a storage place where you can leave your bicycle/luggage/trollers before the check in hour.
Everything was great and we will definitely come back here for our next trip in Vienna.

Spacious, clean and quiet. Had everything we needed.
The pillows were terrible - after the first night's sleep they were so badly misshapen that the second night's sleep was impacted by their poor quality. Included washing machine and dryer would have been fantastic..if the dryer had worked properly.

Loved everything about apartment , room size was perfect ,very quiet also had a great balcony with a retracting awning and fake grass , had a washing machine and drier for free downstairs ,5 minute walk to trams and station, supermarket right outside the door ,check in was a bit confusing for for a bit, but just have to read properly for a minute once inside as there is no staff
Cannot not complain was perfect for family of 4 thankyou and will definitely stay again ,was our best accommodation in our European vacation
