This place makes you feel welcommed and in peace. Their hospitality, coziness of the appartment, softness of the towels, smell of the sheets, lightness of the douvet, the bed...everything is too nice! You go to bed with one thought in mind-to have breakfast and spend time in their sunny backyard.
There is nothing to dislike.

Suzanna did everything to make our stay simple: car parking, train tickets, tourist books, and advice. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Access to the garden for an aperitif was an unexpected pleasure. Getting in and out of the city centre was easy and quick. Altogether, an excellent couple of days.

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. There was a grocery store nearby and the subway and train were very close. Easy to get to. The breakfast was superb the staff was friendly and courteous.
The feather pillows aggravated an allergy, but it wasnt a big problem. We found a few ants in the carpet on our last day, maybe due to the close proximity of our room to the garden. It was mentioned to the staff who were very receptive.

The guesthouse, the host, Susanne and her team provided us with perfect hospitality. The room was unique, creatively designed in every detail, the owner carefully ensured that the use was completely suitable for the guests. The cleanliness was impeccable both in the room and in the garden. The host is very nice, speaks excellent English, check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Breakfast was fabulous with hot and cold food and daily tasty surprises. Special thanks for the Easter specialities! The neighbourhood is quiet, the city centre of Vienna can be reached in a short time by public transport.

This is a great location when you are by car. You can park on the street, 4.1 Eur / day. The rooms are nice, the sink and the shower are in the room itself, the toilet is jn a different room. Breakfast is excellent with the exception of the black coffee but you can also order espresso, latte or cappuccino. The hoast is lovely and speaks very good English.

We really liked that the rooms had themes to them. It gave a very unique vibe to the place. Other than that everything was really good, breakfast was splendid and the staff was really helpful. We had some problems with arrival and they were very helpful to sort out the check in process as well. Thank you so much Susanne and Pension Haus Sanz Staff!

The property is especially suitable for families with kids who had fun in their pool and the garden behind the house. The breakfast was perfect and delicious. The staff is very nice.

Great breakfasts, quiet neighbourhood, close to the train station. Very comfortable room. The owners are very helpful and kind. You can park your car on the street and get parking tickets from the reception.
