Great location right by the Opera House and an easy walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
The back cushions of the sofa were missing so we could only use it as a bed, not to sit comfortably.

Location is awesome. It's quite close to all the places which you have to visit if it's your first time in Vienna. Room looks nice and clean. You will have almost all what you need. I even got a lot of pleasure when I had a talk with receptionists. They are very kind and pleasant people. Looks like it's the best place for this price.
Slippers. Maybe it's only one thing which is expected by me was absent in the room.

The location is excellent, near the Vienna Opera House. I booked a room with kitchenette and I was very happy with the facilities and the cleanness of the appliances. everything is close by, restaurants, museums, a supermarket, metro station.
I liked all about this pension. I'll come back.

Pension Suzanne's location is just perfect - the Opera is around the corner, and you can reach St. Stephen Church in a couple of minutes, as well as other iconic museums and landmarks, all within a walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet even though facing the street. It has a lovely old world decor with a modern clean bathroom. The lack of breakfast was not an issue as there is a great cafe & bakery right next to the Pension's entrance. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful and provided a homey atmosphere.
