This is a charming apartment in the quiet neighborhood. Very clean and modern spacious and had everything Ive needed came as very pleasant surprised. Good restaurant nearby and not to far from metro station U4. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful with best hospitality ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect. Super clean, quiet and green surroundings. Interior decorated.with taste. Very friendly owner and helpful. Wonderful stay we will certainly use this wonderful place on our next visit to Vienna. Location close to metro station, also close to Billa shop. Highly recommended.

Well connected via public transport, the U-Bahn station 7 minutes away can take you to anywhere in the city. Very quiet place, no noises at all. Host was actively interested in making our stay better and communication was good. Clean apartment with utilities in good working order. Nice large balcony with lots of trees in the yard; a squirrel even paid us a visit during breakfast.
When we checked in, the mattress turned out to be very worn out (in a U-shape) but the host took action to try correct it, after which it got somewhat better. Even so, the bed remained rather too soft for comfortable sleep but this may also depend on personal preferences. It was unfortunate that the TV was flat against the wall - there was no room to plug in an HDMI cable to connect my laptop for movies. The entry was via keypads that did not always register button presses well - sometimes needed 3 tries to enter, but it was good enough once we realized what was happening.

We have visited Vienna 5 times so far, but I can say that this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. Right from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Peter, our host, who, after helping us to take our luggage out from the car and carry them upstairs, he showed us how we can park the car in their elevator garage, where we left it until the end of our trip. We decided to use the metro to move around the city, because it is very close to the location. From the moment we entered the apartment, we were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness we found (both my wife and I are very strict when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms and we notice the smallest "defects", but this apartment was so clean that we felt at home). The room was fully equipped with everything you need and also it was nice to have a big terrace where you could relax in the morning and in the hot summer evenings. Peter was there every day and willing to help us with anything we needed, and even gave us some tips that we wouldn't have otherwise known (for example that on Saturday there is a market on one of the streets of Vienna, which if you are not a local you have no way of knowing). My wife and I love Vienna and it is one of our favorite destinations, which is why we have visited it several times, and now we are happy that we have found a place that we will call "our home" when we return every time here.

It's a quiet place with trees and fresh air. The house is new and very modern. The host (Peter) is very kind. Everything works perfect and they have premium kitchenware and air conditioning. I truly recommend this location! The big bonus is the garage you have at the property and for a small amount you can parc the car right on the spot.
We have a little problem with the sofa folding system, but in the end we managed to handle the situation.

We enjoyed every single day staying in this accommodation! Furnished with refinement and good taste it could be the perfect vacation home for everyone. The location is in a green and quiet area, the interior is extremely clean , comfortable bed and pillows. Subway and tram stations just few minutes walk and also Billa shop nearby. Host was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend !!

Spacious and clean.
I wish there was a washing machine in the apartment, or at least, in the building. The gym in downstairs was well equipped and spacious, but not many people will benefit it. Whereas, if there is a washing machine, I am sure many guests will use it.

We spent there 3 nights in March and everything was perfect! Excellent location in a peaceful and green part of the town, easy to access by car and 5-minute walk from U-Bahn. The Apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and pretty. Peter was very kind, thank you for everything! Weve already recommended it to our friends.

Everything. It was extremely comfortable and had everything you would need for a short stay. It felt like a home away from home. I liked the location, and a short walk to the train station.
Difficult to think of anything, other than a pre warning to other travelers that you can't easily buy food on a Sunday or late Saturday evening. I found a place in Karlsplatz for food shopping on Sunday - worked out ok in the end.

Lovely location in the residential area west of Vienna. Easy access by car, especially entering the city from the west. Within walking distance from U Bahn and tram stations. Modern and clean home from home atmosphere.
Would need to plan ahead on parking if travelling by car as there are parking restrictions during weekdays. Reasonably priced P&R, 2 stations away on U Bahn.

We found the location and the hosts excellent. In particular we appreciated the cleanliness and the confort. The outdoor terrace and the privacy were also really nice. The neighbourhood was very nice to walk through and a big supermarket is really close by for all your needs. We would definitely recommend - and visit again!
If I were to mention anything, tho location is a bit far from city center, though close to the Schnbrunn Palace and well connected by public transport.
