We are family of five and apartment was perfect fit for us.
Apartment is new, was perfectly clean, well equipted, having everything we needed.
Peter was very welcoming and supportive.
Area is nice, and although is not in the city center it is well connected with downtown.
Recommending this spartment as it will be our choice for future stays.

The house was very large and had all the amenitties necessary for what a family would need( 2 bathrooms, 3 badrooms and 1 big sofa , wifi, tv, fridge, large terraces, floor heating, nice living room with a big tableroom, oven and cooking plate, microwave).
The spar gourmet and billa plus were a 5 min away walk and the subway or tramway about 5-10 minute walk. The neighbourhood was very quiet and beautifull, very peacefull.
Our host Peter was very helpulfull and he was ready to help us with every problem.we had a very good parking space outside the house- in the yard ( there are also inside spaces but the dimensions of the car are of importance).
All in all a great experience, whole lotta quality for the price.Wien is great and by staying here the trip gets a liitle more boost of finness...

Great ? place,, new, convenient, quite neighborhood, few minutes walk from the subway. Peter was very helpful. If and when we come back to vien we will come back

Very clean and fully equipped for an extended stay. Quiet neighborhood, convenient walk to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Property owners were extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

The apartment is excellent, very clean and spacious. It has a private garage and is also near public transport. The host is nice as well. Would definitely recommend it.

The apartment we stayed in was truly wonderful. It was warm, spacious, and clean, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The size of the apartment was impressive, and its excellent feng shui contributed to a very harmonious and relaxing environment. Additionally, the inclusion of a garage was a convenient and appreciated feature. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and the apartment’s amenities and atmosphere significantly enhanced our experience.
The only drawback was its distance from the city center. Although there was a metro station nearby, which provided convenient access to the heart of the city, the location was still somewhat removed from the central areas. This meant that we had to rely on public transport to reach the main attractions of Vienna, because the parking in Vienna is expensive.
