Great location. Very nice and comfortable hotel. Great and very hepful staff, specially Lisa at the reception, she is very helpful and nice, always with a smile on her face. Breakfast is very good with amazing view on the 18th floor, the staff there is great too, specially a waiter named Muhamad, he is very nice caring and polite, he gave us an excellent service.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our original room wasn't what we had agreed but the staff did their absolute best to make things right for the rest of our stay.
The receptionist when, we arrived referred to my adult daughter who was standing next to me as "she" rather than addressing her directly, though I realise it's hard when using a foreign language, it was a bit offensive.

Disappointing
I regret that I did not have a comfortable stay in this hotel, the staff were not cooperative in carrying the bags, and they were not friendly in dealing with them, especially the room was not five-star level, there were holes in the ceiling, and the water coming out of the shower door was very annoying, in addition to that they were stingy in putting water in the room compared to other hotels that I enjoyed a lot in Austria, I will not repeat the visit.
