Obviously, as a constantly returning guest, for several years, I can confirm this place has a lot of positive aspects and a lot of potential. Proximity of services (parking, Spar supermarket, tram and u-bahn stop, bakery...). Easy check in and check out, fully equipped flats, great location... TIP 1. If you park in front of the building, at the Parkplatz Nordwestbahnstrae take care if there is heavy rain. The area around the car is flooded, and you can't reach the car to put the parking ticket. TIP 2. Consider more cleaner Parkplatz Nordpolstrae, just next to it. TIP 3. The price for parking is 7eur/24h
If you can request, avoid apartment number 2. Insist on the upper floor apartments. Despite everything is according to their well known standards, apartment No. 2 is very uncomfortable. Apartment number 2 has just one window, next to the bed, and there is no view at all. When you open the window you will see very close walls, no daylight in the room at all, the area in front of the window is very dirty (full of used cigars, papers, etc). Also (not a fault of the Steiner residence, but still) very rude and aggressive neighbors with the dog, constantly yelling and arguing, from 6:30AM to 2AM, day and night, talking on the phone extremely loud, kids are making a lot of noise, dog barks all the time...unbearable... So the window has to stay closed. No fresh air. No daylight. At the same time, entry door is just next to the main building door. Because of the way how gests are constantly entering and exiting the building, making nose with suitcase, slamming the doors, arguing, calling each other etc, again, noise is unbearable. No TV channels on a TV, but you can use it as a smart TV, if you know how to. Coffee machine (Nespresso brand) needs to be replaced, too. Sometimes, the water will not go out. The dust below the beds is 3 millimeters thick. Never cleaned.

Great location, Vienna's transportation system is considered the best in Europe, the property is 15 min away from Stephansplatz (the center). Check-in is online, no need to meet anybody, there is no reception. You just use the code to enter after check-in time and you can arrive any time, so no keys. Everything was clean, communication was fast. There is a small kitchen which was helpful. The tram stop is literally by the entrance to the house. The room was different than the ones we had on the pictures but it was okay. Everything was clean. It's a quiet area.
The soundproof wasn't the best, so you have to be quieter in the night.

Location, right next to a tram stop. Spacious and well furnished.
There was no guest information in the room. The WIFI code was difficult to access because an internet connection was necessary and we didn't have one immediately. All the other places we have stayed in have the code displayed in a guest information folder or on a wall. This would be our preference.

There was a persistent smell of mold coming from the bathroom. The reservation says that we will have a queen size bed, but reality was that there were two twin beds next to eachother

Good location of the apartament. Easy access to the city centre by car or tram, and about 30 min.by walking. Clean room and well-equipped kitchen
Noisy neighbourhood. We were not able to open the window to get some air because smoking odor was spreading from the yard

clean, nice, big appartement, we where lucky not having the bedroom streetside, tram station very close (to close :( at 6 o clock in the morning.
location is next to a night lady's club, nowhere mentioned, it was a surprise at arriving, traffic noise for me was to much, funny smell in the appartement but fixed with a simple open window. Getting the lock code and checking out with to many personal questions using a strange third party website (why?!?)

Fantastic location, comfy beds.
Great parking communications provided the day before made our arrival much easier.
Self check-in was very easy and handy.
Kids loved the bath.
Washing machine was basically the reason (other than being close to Prater) that I booked here and it was indeed very handy!
I really appreciate that the pullout couch is made when we arrive, sometimes accommodation do not do this so I appreciate when this is prepared.
Public transport line into the central city literally just outside the door.
No lift and very narrow stairs. Not the end of the world, but didn't make it difficult with 2 little ones.
One portable aircon and a very weak fan to cool the entire place - not allowed to use these during the day while you're out or you get charged, room very hot on arrival and took ages to cool down. Luckily it rained day 2 & 3 so the place was naturally cooler.
Realistically there was no room for the table and chairs. The room we had was not like most of those pictured in that the dining table was in the kitchen. It was so close to the kitchen cupboards that it would have been difficult to open them had we not moved the table (but this made 2 seat unusable). I note that the pullout couch did take some space, but even if this was collapsed there would've been no other place for the table.

Easy to use and somewhat good location
I requested two twin beds and did not receive an answer for several days. When I arrived there, there was only one bed. I sent a message about this and was told that they only had one queen size bed. Why didn't they answered me before? Also, I tried using the sofa-bed and 1) there were not additional sheets and 2) the mattress was filthy (stains and hairs). I was told that an additional set of sheet were going to be delivered and they never were. Also, we had 2 small sachets of shampoo & shower gel (3cm x 2cm) for 2 people for 3 days Finally, the courtains in the living rooms didn't help much as at 7am the room was fully lit from the light outside

The location. It was right next door to the gentlemans house club ( FKK).
The apartment was looking clean, but under the bed sheets the mattress was full with stains. We didnt like the smell in the apartment-was very strong parfumerie. Overall I am not going to repeat this booking.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Near to the bus stop and handy shops. Parking across the Street is very cheap as for Vienna (6 euro per day).
There was only one small window in the room, so we had to use lights during the day. In the night you could hear the neighbours (using toilets, walking in the room etc). Also lot of noise coming from the Street
