Studio on the 1st floor is good and clean, the main advantage in autumn is heating (though it is rather noisy). Well equipped kitchen with capsule coffee machine (with capsules provided!) and a kettle, microwave, stove, refrigerator, plenty of dishes. U2 metro station and tram 2 stops are around the corner.
Keep in mind that the district is jewish. The U2 metro line is partly under construction and the nearest metro station can be closed. Noisy heating. A bit overpriced.

The apartment is great, very clean, good location, fully stocked kitchen, and has everything you can possibly need (including a safe and umbrellas in different sizes - a lot of attention to details). There's also an elevator which helps when you have luggage. Most importantly, Kornel the host was amazing, kept in contact, made sure we have everything we need, offered early check-in and late checkout with no extra charges, and just showed a lot of care and empathy. A super host, and a great value for money.

The owner is really kind and always care about guests. Thanks to him I was really relieved! I loved USB charger and phone stand near to the bed. Amenities and hospitalities were perfect!!!

The apartment was spacious, with the balcony.The location was superb, very near to the market and train station. All the basic requirements were there including Washing machine, dish washer. Most importantly the host, Kornel was very helpful. We reached midnight and he was there for us. I really appreciate his polite behavior and helpful nature. I would love to come again to his apartment.

The studio-Apartment Augarten is beatiful located in a quarter next to the city center easily reachable in a fifteen minutes of walk. Its tastefully furnitured, with all comforts and sited in ancient and elegant building. But its how guests are welcomed and followed during their stay that really makes the difference. Youll always feel like a welcomed guest and not just a simple client. No need to say highly recommended!

Kornel is a super host! Picked up keys from him and he took me to the apartment. The place was bigger than I expected it to be, nice bathtub, everything was very clean. AMAZING balcony. Very well located, close to Taborstrasse station that can get you anywhere in Vienna. Definitely more than I expected.
