We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight, and being able to check in early made a big difference — we really appreciated it.
The hotel design is beautiful, and the room layout is very well thought out and comfortable. The location is also excellent: just a 3-minute walk to the metro station, and a larger train station is only 15 minutes away, which made getting around the city very easy. There’s also an amusement park nearby, which was a fun bonus!

It's an acquired taste. You'll either love it or hate it. It wasn't my cup of tea but thankfully after switching rooms, the layout served us better. Staff is exceptionally kind & helpful!

The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff in the breakfast area were absolutely lovely and welcoming.
Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
The room lacked basic amenities – no fridge, no kettle, no cups, no tea or coffee, not even bottled water. There were no closets or storage space, which made it inconvenient for even a short stay. Housekeeping does not clean the room unless you specifically request it, and unfortunately, no one informs you of this at check-in – you’re left to figure it out on your own.
There were no basic toiletries provided, and even the body wash seemed diluted. Some of the reception staff were unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable when I asked simple questions.
Overall, the quality of the room and service does not justify the price.

Very funky interiors. The view from the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. Wouldn't recommend sharing the room as there is no privacy between the bathroom and sleeping area.

Great location, practically inside the fun park Prater (still it was pretty quiet in the room). Very comfy rooms, interesting "cave" beds were a highlight for kids. The restaurant at the glass top has a great view and nice food.

The location is perfect for a short stay — right next to the train station with easy airport connections, and two metro lines nearby that take you to the museum quarter and city center. Super convenient if you're planning to move around the city quickly.
The hotel has a funky, vibrant design with a cool atmosphere. The restaurant looked great (though we didn’t try the food, as the kitchen was closed during the day), but we did go for drinks in the evening and loved the buzzing vibe. Just note that it gets pretty crowded before 10pm, so if you're planning on dinner, definitely make a reservation.
Our room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. It was totally fine for a one-night stay.
There were lockers in the hotel, so we left our luggage after the check out! That was very convenient.
The room was very basic and didn’t offer much comfort for longer stays. No coffee/tea corner, no kettle, and no slippers for the shower. The only chair was a metal one, which made it uncomfortable to sit and work for any period of time.
We were staying on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, it sounded like the restaurant kitchen was directly above us — there was quite a bit of noise starting as early as 5am and throughout the day from footsteps and furniture/equipment being moved.
While the lobby looked great and had lots of people working from laptops, it was also loud and crowded, so not really a quiet workspace if you need to concentrate.

The rooms are very nice although small. They have a lot of interesting details as rest of the hotel. The hotel lobby is super nice and it is very comfortable
A lack of additional amenities in the room. There was no glasses, just paper cups, there wasn't kettle. It is a little bit inconvenient that the bathroom doesn't have doors.
