The location is excellent & the room was very nice and clean!
The hotel was fully sold out on the day of check in and check out so we were not able to get a slightly late check out. I understand that this is no one’s fault, but I was not aware before booking that they only have 39 rooms so they’re more prone to being sold out.

Great staff, very helpful reception staff, great location - easy walk to most museums and galleries. Lovely terrace cafe, good sized bedroom with comfy bed and sofa.
You must book your place in the bistro for breakfast with reception the night before as it gets very crowded. But sitting on the terrace is easier and if not too cold more enjoyable.

This hotel is all about comfort. The location for me, is the best in Vienna.
My only negative comment is that the rooms are kept too warm by central control during the colder months.
