Great hotel, laid back style with amazing service and great staff. Bakery and restaurant attached was perfect and designed by Conran team.
Would stay here again but not at the front of the hotelonly one issue, very noisy at night and early morning with service truck very loud right outside our window!
Not good for sleep! But still loved it!

The location is good; it is next to the Albertina Museum. So basically, you can walk to most of the famous attractions. The hotel also provides excellent service. You can eat breakfast in your room, which is convenient for traveling with small children. The room is cozy and comfortable for a four-person family. Also, it equips a very good coffee machine.
The glass is high-end but a bit heavy, so children can break it easily. Hope that paper cups or plastic cups can be provided for children.

Location and staff
Bathroom very small. Has to use the adjacent toilet floor as storage as there is none. It boasted a heated towel rail but there was no towel rail at all and nowhere to put towels. Housekeeping even have to leave them
in the sink.

Everything was perfect. The room size, although a little smaller than I am used to, it still exceeded my expectations. The day before I stayed in a much bigger room in another hotel and I much preferred this room. The lighting, the fact that you could sit in the window and watch Vienna go by - amazing! I came to Vienna to go to the opera and the location is spot on. The free drinks in the room was a huge plus and the room had a coffee machine that served the most delicious coffee. Finally, I have to give praise to the wonderful chef who prepared the tastiest meals I have had in a long time: both in a restaurant and hotel. And they serve the best schnitzel I have ever tasted. I will definitely be coming back to this charming hotel. Thank you!
