Poor
The location is VG
Very "tired" and not clean. Our feet were dirty from walking on the floor, and worse we had itchy skin, watery red eyes and bites after sleeping in the bed. As for sleeping not the best as the bed was very average and "dipped' in the middle. It wasn't a good experience. The word "resort" is not really applicable for this accommodation. We do love and visit Port Douglas and there is plenty of good and well priced options of accommodation along the same street. I recommend checking out better options.

Location was great, resort facilities were also great. Staff were very friendly.
The bed was very hard, the shower was very small. The water pressure was terrible. There wasn't enough coffee mugs for 2 people.

Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Se and Angie made it a warm place and one Id like to return to.
The towel rack in the bathroom cane off but that could have been done by the previous client.

It would be nice to have breakfast options at the resort but it was not a issue. Room was clean and all I needed to be comfortable. I will stay there again.
No breakfast or food options. Had to go into town for easy meals.

Pleasant
Staff were pleasant on arrival. Location is great as just down from marina and across the road from an entry point of 4 mile beach. Everything could be walked to in 10-20min, we had a car which helped as I wouldnt recommend if you needed to walk with groceries, Woolys might be too far. Parking available outside your rooms, similar to a motel set up. Was cheap and cheerful to allow us to explore Port Douglas!
Old building and rooms. We all found we were sneezing in the room, so quite dusty. Parts refurbed so had all we needed but didnt feel very together. I wouldnt say it was relaxing or somewhere to enjoy the sun as the pool area is small and sees a small amount of sun. If you need somewhere to sleep, this is a good place to allow you to be close to getting around PD but Id youd like to relax at your accommodation and get some sun, this is not for you.

Easy access off main road yet quiet and reasonably private. Walking distance to main hospitality, shopping precinct.
Like so many - no lighting on bathroom mirror. Makes his shave and her makeup very difficult.

Wonderful
The pool was warm, which was fabulous, and it was very close to our room. Our rooms were generous in size and we didn't feel at all cramped (family of 5 adults). The lady at reception was warm and friendly. The property is only a 10 minute walk to the main shopping/eating areas and the same distance to 4 Mile Beach. We were very comfortable.
Some of the fixtures were a bit tired - the kitchen sink tap was missing the top and the pressure and temp very low. One of the towel hooks in the bathroom kept falling off. The floors weren't overly clean - needed a sweep/vacuum. Tea/coffee/shampoos etc not replenished during our stay (6 nights)>

Staff were very friendly. Clean apartment. Bbq area by pool was great. Maybe some more cleaning products down near the bbq area to ensure we could clean it properly. Bbq scrapper could be chained to area.
