Our room was a good size and had everything we needed for a multi-day stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating, and the facility was centrally located within Port Douglas. We enjoyed our time in the room, on our patio, and at the pool!

The location was perfect and it was great that we could get to apartment by the pool as stairs would have been difficult for us. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable

Location was excellent for accessing the shops and restaurants- right in the centre of town. An easy walk to all of these things so we parked the car and didn't get it our again until we left. Even 4 Mile Beach was either a long walk or very short drive away. Property staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
You needed to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs as there were no lifts. When your arms are full, this is somewhat tedious, particularly when you weren't expecting it. Also the verandah was fully glassed in so that made it difficult to enjoy sitting out there.

Great location in the heart of Port Douglas, close to everything; lovely layout of the apartment and original decoration on the walls in the staircase; friendly and welcoming staff
Just a (tiny) detail: it would be great to adjust the drawer in the bathroom as it bangs when closing
