Well equipped apartment. Good swimming pool. Possible to swim real laps.
There is no internet to the television. The reception staff didn't seem to think it was an issue, but in a good hotel in 2025 I think it is expected. Nor would my phone cast to the TV because there was no chromecast attached or installed. Not even all the free to air channels worked, so it was Ashes test match on the laptop, and for streaming services.

I got this as a pressie for my Son in law and Grandson , they had a trip booked on the Reef . Location was perfect, they could walk to cafes and the wharf . The spa in their room was a fantastic surprise , and the pool was perfect . I think I’ll book it for myself next time ?.

Good location - walking distance to beach and main street and parking included
Be aware the pool is not heated (20 degrees - water at the beach 24!) We were so excited to leave the Melbourne's cold and dive into the warm pool water from our poolside room. In my opinion it was not worth the money - particularly for the poolside apartments in Winter - as the water is too cold to swim.

Really enjoyed the facilities. The room was lovely, clean and fresh. The location was perfect walking distance to everything in the town and the beach. We had a fantastic time and definitely will be back to stay.

The hotel is in a great location, room is spacious and mostly clean, unfortunately for the price the customer service skills on the gentleman that served us needs attention. I called prior to my trip to confirm my reservation was made, he had an unkind and impatient attitude, as someone who works in retail i know exactly how some days can feel and why he may have acted that way, however when we arrived we were “greeted” by the same man and met with the same rude attitude. he had no patience for anyone. the person infront line in front of us did not have his ID ready and the gentleman was evicted annoyed. He also made a rude remake to the people in line behind us telling them to sit down because he’s “obviously has other people to serve” when they were standing waiting patiently. I’d suggest giving this gentleman’s customer service skills some attention as this is the first point of engagement to your business and it is very off putting

Location was good
The lights went out at about 6pm. Reception said that they would see to it straight away but if not fixed wait 20min. After 20 mins I called back. They said the fuse was in the neighboring room and for me to knock on their door to ask for them to switch the fuse. Could have been done a lot sooner and I can't see how reception or another staff member would not do it.
