The room was large and very comfortable. Perfect location for beach and bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor kitchen was well equipped and a good asset

Motel is very close to the main street and shops which is a plus. We got an early check in which was very handy. The accomodation is very quirky and is definitely great value for money. We unfortunately didn't get time to use the pool, however it looked very inviting. We only had one night but definitely could of stayed 5 nights.

Jenny, at reception and generally in charge, was as good as they get. So helpful every time, and found my wallet! She was also correct about Cooktown, our next stop, as underwhelming .

The room was tidy, spacious and extremely comfortable. First time travelling with our 6 month old and they were so accomodating with a portacot as well. Bed and pillows were super comfortable as must the portacot been because both nights slept through which he hasnt done in months!! Location was amazing so close to everything - we walked everywhere. Pool was so clean and refreshing. We had it to ourselves both days.

If youre a wholesome person who loves the little things in life to make you happy, this is the place for you! From when I pulled up out the front and saw the beautiful vibe which continued through to my room, it made me happy. Not high end, but so well thought out for someone like me :) Comfy bed, happy vibe, very welcoming owners!!
