Found it difficult to find my room. Felt unwelcome by reception staff because I booked a private owned apartment and asked for help.

they said they will charge $30 dollars extra for clean towels
the pool water was not clean

We liked having a choice of pools, and liked the facility’s proximity to supermarket, shops, eating venues and wharf
The air con was ineffective, furniture and decor is tired and dated, mould on shower silicone was off-putting

Probably need towels to be replaced after 3 days. The heat and outdoor activities gets them dirty quickly.

Lovely apartments very well located in Port Douglas. Ample car parking and lovely views from the room.
Pool area space limited if you want to sunbathe. Apartments were not managed by the resort - not an issue but worth noting

The property itself was very nice & well located. The apartment however was grubby & needed to be renovated & to have a deep clean. Furniture was stained and smelled of mould.
The apartment was dated and needed to be redone with new furniture & kitchen. It also needed a deep clean.
