Location, close proximity to 4 mile beach
Couches are a bit grotty, could do with a steam clean. Only 4 comfortable seats in the living room, 1 3 seater couch and 1 armchair - but there were 5 of us staying there

Great size apartment in a good location & easily walk to four mile beach or town
The lounge was uncomfortable & the car parking on site was very tight so we opted to park on the road out the front

Fantastic location and great Reception team/staff.
The oven did not work, the ceiling fan covers in both bathrooms were very dirty. The tiled floors were dirty as your bare feet would be black when walking on them. The handle in the ensuite bathroom kept coming off. The bed in the master bedroom had a massive 'dip' in the middle (time for a new one!).

The Manager, Joel, couldn't have been more helpful. Was always around and gave us some good restaurant suggestions.
The unit was very old and needed a HUGE amount of cleaning - which hadn't been done in a long time. Beds were old and uncomfortable. external doors were old and hard to open. Couch was old and the leather was very worn. Bathroom needed a massive scrub and ceilings throughout had water damage and signs of mould.

Awesome location. Clean facilities perfect for families.
Wasn't a problem for us but stairs to go to rooms could limit some guests and also spilt level apartments (one stair in each of the apartments we stayed in. We loved our stay.

Good location, beach one way, shops and restaurants the other.
Good size 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Washing machine and dryer in room.
Comfortable beds and lovely pillows.
2 pools on site, used the slightly bigger one as a bigger seating area.bbq available (we did not use it)
Balcony floor needs a good clean, black slime around the edge.
2 steps into pool which were very difficult to see when getting out of the pool as its the same colour as the pool flooring. 3 of us stubbed our toes on it, 1 resulted in a small cut. Really needs a coloured edge on the steps to make them more visible.
