Very Good
Fantastic location very good staff and clean rooms. Washing machine and free access to tumble dryers etc. plenty of shower gell, shampoo,conditioner etc. when sat on the balcony it was like being in the middle of the rain forest.
Not enough wardrobe and cupboard space for clothes.

Great location. Nice helpful friendly staff at reception
A little dated and smelt a little mouldy. There is a lip between the tiles around the bed and the carpet - great for stubbing toe on in the middle of the night!

Fantastic location, decent size rooms.
No lift and had to pull our bags up stairs. Rooms that are near the pool are very noisy

Lovely room and great location in Port Douglas. Everything was in walking distance. Very mediterranean vibe.
Just needs a bit of an external clean, looks a bit run down from the outside. The wine glasses had lipstick marks on them so obviously hadn't been cleaned properly so I had to rewash the kitchen items we needed to use to ensure they were clean.

Perfect location on Macrossan Street but still quiet in the room. We had a good view of roosting fruit bats from our balcony. The facilities were just as described.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, privacy and quiet spaces. Easy to access and comfortable and spacious apartments.
The issue with the internet ie. offering access to streaming services that the internet /wifi did not support. At times very frustrating.
