We didnt have room service for four days, only clean towels cause we requested it or we was lucky enough to bump into housekeeping on our floor! The staff chasing us up for a $35 late check out fee and we havent even checked out yet. (Extra two hours)Didnt even offer a complimentary check out which most hotels do and I work in a five star hotel so I know exactly how customer service should be. Ask the staff to come and help us with the suitcase, as there is no elevator as he was rushing us out and only took one suitcase and never came back up to collect the rest. Call us at 1 oclock on the dot to get the money and continuously afterwards after we told him that we are coming as We are just closing our suitcases and we need help, not even a 15 minute grace period. I felt harassed, especially when we was already checking out and we was getting ready to go downstairs. We also asked staff to look at the sink because we thought it was blocked and there was no release button for the plug, we called reception, and it took them an hour to come upstairs and have a look after Calling twice, when housekeeping came, she went straight to the sink and release the plug for us, she had an attitude like we were supposed to know. Firstly, where Im from we have a release button behind the tap to release the water. I didnt know I had to put my hands in a dirty sink to release the dirty water.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I didn't get to stay longer.

There was absolutely no food available. We had to walk to restaurants outside for every meal which was an inconvenience. It would be great if at least breakfast was provided. The water was cold in the morning there was no hot water . The staff complained that we were too loud in our room that was very rude.
