Check-in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was close to a concert venue, which was great. Otherwise, the hotel is in a strange area (and surrounded by construction at the time).
Unfortunately, the restaurant/bar is not open on the weekend :(

The staff were friendly and informative. Nice comfortable room with all you need. Easy to access by car with free parking included. The buffet breakfast was super tasty.
The price was a little high for what you get. The restaurant is also not open on Saturday evenings which seems weird to me.

- quiet room ( we didnt stay towards the highway )
- the guy from the reception was very nice and patient
- went on the balcony outside on the floor, the number of big spiders terrified me
- the pillows were not very pleasant; i hoped they would be harder/stronger/more firm

Staff was very friendly and helpful
The room was not impressive - and with a closed restaurant there were only really the vending machine available. There was a lack of powerplugs in the room outside the ones that were badly placed over the beds.
