There was no lift and stairs were quite narrow and steep. Not a problem for me but might be for others

Cosy decoration, with a lot of details
Check-in took 15 min (no one available); couldn't get a cappuccino in the morning and breakfast was only allowed on some tables in the restaurant; water drain in shower and sink wasn't working properly; we got the impression the restaurant was the main business and the hotel is a side thing..

Room was for twin room, but we had to separate the beds when we arrived. Dinner was very nice and great food. Breakfast was also nice and eat what you want.

On arrival we got a room (n 5) where the music from the terrace came inside (even with window closed a lot of noise) - the staff responded directly by shutting the music down Breakfast was ok, notthing special
- Receptionist didn't speak dutch and his english was very poor - The room (n 5) was very noisy (music on arrival, slamming doors on the hallway, kitchen noise, ...) - Very small bathroom and absolutely outdated (shower not clean) - The smell in the room was awfull (pipe odors) - The feeling that nobody really cared about the guests, for example nobody asked how our stay was when we left... to bad We do not recommend this hotel

The service is good and the location isn't bad either
This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever had to stay in. There were cobwebs everywhere, not to mention 5 spiders, three insects and one fly. Dust was everywhere, on the chandelier, on the tables. Under the bed and behind the bed was scary to look at. There was a stain on the sheet. Also under the bed, apparently there was something under the bed after past visitors. There was a very strong stench of sewage. The coffee maker was broken. The breakfast was also very poor. Price and quality are clearly not in line. All in all a very poor experience.

But the chef cooked us a delicious dinner anyway.
We slept late and could stil have breakfast at approx 11:00h

Nothing.
All of it. Starting that the economy room super economy. Zero ventilation. There was a ventilator which probably havent see any cleaning in the past 10 years. In the morning I had to make an interview and wanted to use the terrace. I was not allowed because its not breakfast area. I literally had to go to my car. Asked a caffe latte wanted to charge for that 5.70 Euro. Told them ok the normal coffee included to the breakfast just add milk no its not possible.
