Absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. Novotel is in a great location, it is pristine, staff is excellent and they go above & beyond. You can get to the Grand Place, shopping centers, and other stores in a few mts. Luggage lockers also available.
The toilet and the shower are in separate rooms, and the toilet is in a tight space.

The hotel location was good and the staff was friendly.
I arrived very early, but the staff let me checked in. And also it was very convenient to provided me with the taxi I needed to get to the airport.

Attentive staff, good location, nice breakfast. The interior is modern and beautiful. The rooms are soundproof, superb sleep quality!
Toilet & shower are detached, lack of UK plugs. The USB board in the room didn't work
