I booked it because it has a restaurant, but when I arrived the restaurant was closed. Claudia opened the restaurant specially and cooked me a lovely supper, so kind.

I wanted a country hotel and that is what got. Fabulous hosts that went out of their way to be hospitable , Not silver service , but that was not want or expected but they meet the brief in every respect

very nice people, decoration matched the name la ferme. Menu selection is reduced, but gives a cozy homelike feeling. Calm surrounding.
The corridor is a bit narrow and the building has a touch of antique smell.

This is a hidden gem! Super host (Jean-Louis), great food, Beautiful location, nice rooms, pet friendly, safe Parking for motorbike! This place should be more like 4 stars rather than two! We loved our stay here! :)

Well situated near to the highway, 5 minutes from the center of Nivelles and only approx 30 km. from Brussels, you will find this oasis of tranquility taking you back in times. Friendly hosts take care of your needs in a comforting way with a natural flair and spontaneity that will bring you in a state of relaxation. Very nice dinner with choice of 2 courses prepared with a warmth and flavour reminding of home, excellent breakfast!
Everything is clean and hygienic, but with respect for the era and the related atmosphere this extraordinary location needs and demands. So dont expect
the usual hotel chain accommodation, but enjoy the authenticity of it

A little gem in the Belgian country side with the friendliest staff and an excellent kitchen: all local ingredients and full of a variety of delicious flavours.
The rooms are very basic, not all equipment is working. The isolation is very poor, but is part of the vintage appearance and experience.
