The hotel is very outdated - used to be luxurious probably 20 years ago
A bit noisy street.

It was well located, just a few minutes away from the beach.
I had multiple issues during my stay that were barely addressed by the staff.
1/ The first night, we did not have hot water. It was mild at best.
2/ The second night, the toilet flooded on the floor and they did not take the time to clean it.
3/ The third night, the wifi was not working. Even though I needed it urgently for work, no help whatsoever was provided.
I tried to address those issues with the management for any kind gesture from their part, and received no response.

Enormous, well-furnished bedroom with very comfortable bed, within a couple of blocks of the beach.
Air-conditioning unit in my bedroom seemed to be faulty, making an unusual amount of noise.

The spaciousness of the room and the size of the bed. The quality of the linen was great.
The check-in was too late. Breakfast was medicocre. The pool wasn't as clean as we thought it would be.

Big room, big shower, fridge located inside door so it's not noisy throughout the night. We were greeted at entrance and bags taken from us from porter was good service.

The property is nice, close to the beach with big and spacious rooms. The wifi is good. Thats it.
The room are old, there is no air in the room. I could hear everything from the other room close to us. The breakfast is very poor.
