Breakfast is next level. Simply amazing!
Bedroom super comfy like sleeping in a clouds everything was perfectly clean
I requested a cot last minute which they obliged and my baby never slept so well.
I wish I could just carry that room wherever I go
I went to Rio to go to the beach and read I could use the badge to cross the lagoon and get to it. However the barge doesn't open on Mondays and only starts at 8:30 every other day, which is the time I should be coming back with the baby!
So I ended up taking the car and the traffic jam wasn't fun.

Nothing, its not clean y payed 5 nights I didnt stay there so i lost my money because its nothing like the picture
The staff didnt care we left even when we payed 5 nights, and we didnt get put money back , the room was full pf dirt and the ac wasnt even working, 20 minutes on the rroom and i was sneezing like crazy, the bed skirt was more than discussing , they need to tale care of their rooms , dont deserve and 8.2 , the wifi its not good either.

Disappointing
Location only.
The reception staff charged again for my stay claiming they did not get the money from Ebooking so Ive paid twice. By realising my account was charged twice I asked for a refund and they are still making excuses so as for today I still have not received a refund. Ive contacted the hotel manager, Ms. Gabrielle Souza, who says the matter is with the Finance Department, but at the end of the day, nothing has been done, only excuses after excuses. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to ask for the complimentary items such as coffee and water as they were not in the room. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Corridors by the lift were badly cleaned. For the price they charged us there was no value for money in it. I will not going back and not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful
Room is awesome! Bed is comfortable and big, shower and bathroom are very nice!
Breakfast was a little too crowded. The breakfast area could be bigger considering the hotels number of rooms. Even so, food was great and the hotel is awesome!

My type of room was not available and so they upgraded me. Ok but next day I had to move to my type of room. This is very inconvenient. Once they upgrade because of their fault they should not change again.

Excellent location and great staff but establishment or management of facility is very very bad no internet TV not function dirty room dirty washrooms dirty laundry poor breakfast no presentation old fruit old bread same old breakfast everyday stale bread nothing good but staff says they are helpless first impression on the reception where you check in staff sit on ugly tirn chairs broken I wish that if this such a good roperty manage nicely

Location was ideal for our very specific and unusual requirement to be in this location.

No housekeeping most days
Missing furniture and damaged room even after upgrading to the renovated room it seems that renovated is about 10 yrs old and standard is the original 24 yr old rooms with musty smell and very unkept condition.
Staff have no control over services.

The size of the room and bathroom, nice rooftop area, very secure. Loved the paintings they had on exhibition and the decoration of the room.
There was an event going on the rooftop the night I stayed so I couldnt use the facilities and you couldnt join the event either without paying. My room seemed not clean recently, it had a particular smell so I had to ask to re do it. Also was expecting toiletries.

The location!! This is the reason I have stayed in this hotel in the last several years. Also, Security is very good! I was pleasantly surprised that the generator worked very well during a power outage. Everything else was as expected except some small misses in housekeeping and shower temperature variation.
Housekeeping was a bit off this time. They forgot to place a few items in the room and need more training on the way to make the bed. Also, we can notice that maintenance needs an upkeep as the shower temperature varied a LOT. The breakfast is good but the same items every day. We extended our stay for two more days for a total of 6 days and had breakfast at other venues in the shopping mall.
