Facilities and some members of the staff.
Someone, probably from the staff, stole a piece of clothing and also BRL 30.00 from my room. The legal measures were already taken but it made may experience not so good.

Air conditioning didn't work, and seemed the hotel already knew, but let us in.
Then, after maintenance came (they just placed a missing part of the air conditioner), it still didn't work, and we asked to move to another room. In the new room, everything was ok.
The breakfast is not good too. Tasteless coffee, low quality fruits and cheese, ham and cakes.

- Excellent Sleep: Despite some AC issues, I really did have a very good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and conducive to rest.
- Superb Breakfast: The breakfast was a definite highlight. It was an excellent spread with a wide variety of delicious options.
- Great Gym Access: The hotel boasts an excellent gym, which is a fantastic amenity for those who want to stay active.
- Great Staff.
Mixed Feelings at Vogue Hotel – A Decent Stay, But Not Without Flaws.
- Simple Room & Tricky AC: The room itself was quite simple, lacking any real "wow" factor. More frustrating was the air conditioning, which was difficult to adjust to a comfortable setting.
- Unwelcoming Welcome Drink Policy: While a welcome drink is a nice gesture, the policy of only allowing cachaça was disappointing. My request to substitute it with vodka was declined, which felt a bit inflexible and unwelcoming.
- Uninviting Pool Area: The swimming area was quite windy during my visit, and more importantly, there was no warm water, making it less inviting for a swim. Suitable only for summer time.
- Sparse Minibar: The minibar in the room was quite sparse, containing only two small bottles of water. For any hotel, I'd expect a more generous offering.
- Overall Value: The overall experience didn't feel like great value. Nothing about my stay truly stood out as exceptional.

Wonderful
The installations were of good taste, quiet, luxurious.
The interior design was pleasing to the view, modern, sophisticated and clean.
Located in a mall area, you have withing your grasp all together combined into one. High cuisine restaurants, modern gyms, large area for physical activities and so on.
On the rooftop, there's a restaurant for the guests who stay at the hotel.
There's also sauna and a pool for those who wish to sunbathe without go to the beaches near by the area.
Intent to stay in this hotel once again for many years to come.
Cons .The pool could be bigger and deeper.
Pros: The hygiene of the area was imppecable
Classy place. The rooftop is like a lounge.

They don't have rooms for 3, you have to sleep with you kid until 10 years, so "the kids are for free" is a joke, you have to pay for them as an adult

Atmosphere was great. Love the gym times need to be checked before going daily. Staff at reception so helpful everyday.
Towels were a mission everyday we had to request the staff of cleaning was not very happy. Rooms that had pets in really stink of mess. Had to change 1 room. To get them 2 make omellete for breakfast was a nightmare can wait up to 30min. N looked like boiled.

Wonderful
Pool area, restaurant at the rooftop, delicious food for dinner, the interior design of the hotel superb. Quiet and peaceful rooms and corridors. Total privacy you might need to enjoy your staying. The rooms are luxurious, sophisticated, well-decorated and organised. It felt like home.
The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I had a short staying since I was on my way to other destination. And decided to stay at this place in-between just to rest my body and recover from the hot sizzling summertime with its high temperatures...I had a wonderful surprise. Next time I'll have a longer staying there. This was the first of a few others yet to come in a near future. Cheers!
