Location is awesome, Saturdays can be light due to the weekend movida but also cool because out of the fire you have the Rio nightlife.
Breakfast is awesome.
Nothing, a honest place.

Location, nice roof terrace and pool
Room was really small, old and dirty. Air conditioning was really old and loud. There was a hole in the wall direct to the outside. Noise from the street was horrible, bring earblugs. There was bedbugs in my friends room floor 6.

The location of this property was very nice.
Some of the staff at the reception desk were really aggressive and didn't want to let me bring my own aunt into the hotel restaurant. The bathroom and bed of the hotel room had many bugs, we felt grossed out.

First of all, clarify that the staff and the services are good, but I cannot let this fraudulent practice at the time of payment.
I made my reservation online and they denied me the receipt of payment, and the reason is that the establishment uses a 12% HIGHER currency rate than the official one. Therefore, unless you pay with local card or cash you will be paying an additional 12%.
I claimed it and they said it was for "taxes" which is a lie because the 5% tax was already included in the final price.
If you go, reclaim the receipt and check with your card what they are charging.
