The facility is a bit old, otherwise everything is pretty nice. We do not really mind about this so we do have a great stay here. I love their breakfast particularly for the many options available in the buffet.
The swimming pool and gym are small. Obviously it is not their strength and hence I can overlook them----you can find whatever u want to do just at the opposite of the hotel, the beach.

Nice and modern reception area, lounge and restaurant. Lovely roof terrace with a nice panoramic views of the area.
Tired looking bathroom with very thin, old and grey looking towels. Very heavy and lumpy pillows. Internet not working in the room (11th floor).

Everything was excellent, only thing was English is an International Language, the TV did not have any channels of English to watch. If the hotel can make provisions for English channels it would be great. Otherwise everything was great, will stay there again.

The location was amazing, right away in front of Copacabana Beach and the breakfast was really good and with a lot of varieties. The staff was very nice and kind.
The room was small without a view whatsoever, and I expected to have more differents kinds of natural juices on breakfast, just 1 juice of pineapple was not enough in a tropical country. The pool kind of small.

The hotel is located right at the Copacabana beach and has great views from the rooftop. Breakfast is ok, same everyday.
The room had windows with the view to the building block. The bathroom was spacious, but limited bathroom supplies.

Rooms and soecially bathrooms need major renovation, it was mold in the bathroom and facilities were so old, staff werent helpful, the safebox wasnt working and I need to ask 3 times until being fixed, overally doesnt look like a 4 star hotel at all

The property has a great location, and amazing sea view, the rooftop is also cozy and enjoyable with a small swimming pool. The breakfast has a very big variety of foods and it is very tasty.
The toilet in the room that we stay was a bit too old, and the check in was a bit chaotic.

Location, location, location. Right on the beach.
Clean sheets and a lock box for valuables. Good breakfast. Beautiful view and plunge pool on the 14th floor!

The location is in the middle of Copacabana beach. There is a lane for taxi drop off which is monitored by security.The breakfast was ok.
The price vs benefit is not good. The breakfast area is too small to cater all people in the hotel.

Great location and some of the staff members are very attentive.
The Hotel needs urgent renovation. One of the lifts broke twice whilst we were staying there for two nights for example. Breakfast pretty standard.
