The location is excellent, walking distance to everything in Rio Centro
The Mattress and Pillows all had plastic on them. wasnt very comfortable.

24/7 staff is around and they are nice. Close to the ally markets and easy walking distance to the centre.
Area around hotel was a but shady especially at night. Be careful with your belongings while walking around the area as I saw someones phone got snatched by a bicyclist

Clean and good breakfast delivered to your room. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful
We initially got a room at the end of the hotel which was right next to an open air nightclub. We're normally ok with noise but this felt like we were actually in the club and continued till 4am. We went to reception at around 2am and were told by the lady all rooms were the same. However the next day we asked to move and the new room was so much better. The man on the front desk on the second day was very nice and helpful.

The staff is very welcoming, nice and flexible. This htel brings the breakfast to the Room, which I found nice.

Close to city center.
Dirt inside the room, noise in the surrounding area, poor breakfast, reception personner speaking in portulal only,
I stayed at this hotel without knowledge that this is homo- deviations and sodomia dedicated hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for normal people.
